Organising Your Applications
You can organise your applications using the Tag feature of My1Login. The Tag functionality allows you to group your applications
by location, customer, projects, nicknames, or in any other way that suits. In
use Tags appear in a panel on the left hand side of the vault view.
Adding a Tag
Select the cog in the bottom right hand corner of the application tile.
You will be presented with the details for the application. You can add tags at the bottom of this window, A space will create a new tag. In the example below, we have added 4 tags: Finance, Accounts, Payment, CustomerA. Press Save to save your changes.
Removing a Tag
You can remove a Tag by opening up the detailed view of the application and deleting the Tag and saving. You will need to refresh your vault page for the Tag to disappear from the Tags list.
You can use the Tags menu on the left hand panel of your vault or search for a Tag in the search field.
