Using Duo Authenticator for Multi Factor Authentication
If you lose the device that you use for MFA, please contact your Administrator.
1. Download Duo Security to your mobile device.
2. Navigate to your My1Login vault
Enter your Email/Username & Passphrase and select “Log
in”
3. A Duo prompt will appear on screen
Select your preferred way of authentication.
4. Approve the log in using your preferred method of authentication
- Duo Push will present the below screen within the Duo application on your mobile:
- Duo Text will send an SMS with a Passcode. Enter this one time code into the Passcode field and press Authenticate.
