User Activation Report

User Activation Report

The User Activation report contains data about users' status and My1Login access. You can use this report to separate web users from AD synced users. The report gives visibility of whether or not users have accessed their My1Login service. 

Parameters

The User Activation page can be filtered using the following parameters:

  • Username

  • User Status

Running the Report

To run the User Activation Report:

  1. From the Admin Console, navigate to Users > Manage Users.
  2. By default, the report will export all User Activation data.
  3. You can filter the page results using Username or User Status and clicking search.
  4. Click Search to view filtered results on the report page. 
  5. Click Generate User Activation Report to see the result on the report page to download the full report as a comma separated value (CSV). 

Retrieving the Report

A toast notification will let you know that your report has been added to the queue:


Another will let you know when the report has been processed:


You can either click on the Report Complete popup or navigate to Reports> Generated Reports to see your reports ready for download. Click the Download button and your report will download to a CSV file. 
If you are waiting on the Generated Reports page and your report is still showing as "Queued" you may need to refresh the page for the Download button to appear.



Reports are available for download for 30 days after creation. 
Results

The report page shows the following information:

  1. Forename
  2. Surname
  3. Username
  4. Domain
  5. Status
  6. Date Added
  7. Options

The CSV report includes:

Field nameField description

Account

For accounts using parent/child hierarchy this column shows the account the user belongs to. 

Forename

User's forename.

Surname

User's surname

Username

User's My1Login username. This can be an email address or UPN.

Domain

For AD joined users, this will show their domain. For Web users, it will show as blank. 

Status

Users may be shows as Active, Deleted, or Suspended. 

AD users' status will reflect their status on your Active Directory. 
Date Added

Date the user was added/synced with My1Login. 

Timestamps are represented in UTC.
Email Validated
Web Users: Has the user validated their email? Yes/No

AD users will show as N/A.
Password Set
Web Users: Has the user set their password? Yes/No

AD users will show as N/A.
Last Login
The last time the user signed in to My1Login. 

Timestamps are represented in UTC.
Date Activated
Web Users: when the user activated their account. 

Timestamps are represented in UTC.
Date First Activation email Sent
Web Users: when the user was sent their first activation email. 
Date Last Activation email Sent
Web Users: most recent activation email sent. 
Days Active
Number of days user has been authenticated with My1Login. 
Total Logins
Number of times user has authenticated with My1Login.
