The Login Attempts Summary report contains data about users' My1Login access attempts. You can use this report to see users login activity and their method of authentication. The report gives visibility of whether or not users have been successful in authenticating with My1Login.
The Login Attempts Summary page can be filtered using the following parameters:

The CSV report includes:
Field name | Field description |
---|---|
Who | User's My1Login username. This can be an email address or UPN. |
Domain | For AD joined users, this will show their domain. For Web users, it will show as N/A. |
What | This report will show as Login Attempt. |
Label | Method of authentication. |
Date | Date of login attempt. Timestamps are represented in UTC. |
Outcome | Whether the login attempt was successful or failed. |
IP address | IP address of where the login attempt was made. |

Active Directory Single Sign On | User authenticated with My1Login using SSO authentication. |
Entered Pass Phrase | Web Users: User entered their My1Login passphrase |
Entered AD Password | User authenticated using AD password not using SSO authentication. ![]() This may indicate that users are logging on outside of corporate network or that the settings need adjusted to allow for SSO. |
Entered AD QA IDV | User has used Self Service Password Reset to change their AD password. |
