How to: Changing your My1Login User Passphrase

Active Directory Users

AD Users can reset their AD password, per company policy, and their password will also be changed for My1Login.

If enabled by an administrator, AD users can take advantage of My1Login’s Active Directory Self-Service Password Reset (AD SSPR). Once the user has enrolled in SSPR, if they forget the password, all they need to do is navigate to My1Login and select ‘Forgotten Password’. They will be asked a pre-determined number of security questions, and once validated will be asked to set a new password that complies with the AD password policy.

Non-Active Directory Users (Web Users)

Forgotten Passphrase: Web users can reset their passphrase at any time via the My1Login website. Simply click ‘Forgotten your passphrase?’ and follow the instructions.

When a passphrase is reset by a web user, an admin needs to be logged in to My1Login for the action to be completed.
Changing Passphrase: Web users can change their passphrase whilst logged in to My1Login. Select their username in the top right corner and then select Profile.
