Creating Users on My1Login

Active Directory Integrated Customers

Directory integration enables users to be automatically provisioned or de-provisioned in My1Login based on their directory status (i.e. active, disabled, deleted).
Users, groups and Organisational Units (OUs) can be synchronised with My1Login.

Moving a user, or group of users, into the target OU will automatically sync them with My1Login.

For more information see the Active Directory Connector.

Entra Directory Integrated Customers

Directory integration enables users to be automatically provisioned or de-provisioned in My1Login based on their directory status (i.e. active, disabled, deleted).
Users, groups and AU can be synchronised with My1Login.

Moving a user, or group of users, into the target AU will sync them with My1Login.

For more information see the Entra Directory Sync.

Non-AD Users or Non-AD Integrated Customers

Admins can provision My1Login accounts for non-AD users by adding their email address to the system. For users who are not part of Active Directory, these users can sign directly into the My1Login portal using their registered email address and passphrase.

  4. Select 'Add User'
The user will receive an email asking them to create a passphrase for My1Login.

External users that are not listed in the Active Directory can be bulk imported to the system.
