Creating Users on My1Login
Active Directory Integrated Customers
Directory integration enables users to be automatically provisioned or de-provisioned in My1Login based on their directory status (i.e. active, disabled, deleted).
Users, groups and Organisational Units (OUs) can be synchronised with My1Login.
Moving a user, or group of users, into the target OU will automatically sync them with My1Login.
Entra Directory Integrated Customers
Directory integration enables users to be automatically provisioned or de-provisioned in My1Login based on their directory status (i.e. active, disabled, deleted).
Users, groups and AU can be synchronised with My1Login.
Moving a user, or group of users, into the target AU will sync them with My1Login.
Non-AD Users or Non-AD Integrated Customers
Admins can provision My1Login accounts for non-AD users by adding their email address to the system. For users who are not part of Active Directory, these users can sign directly into the My1Login portal using their registered email address and passphrase.
Adding Individual Non-AD Users
External users that are not listed in the Active Directory can be added individually using their email address.
- On the My1Login Admin page navigate to Users | Manage users
- Select 'Add User'
- Populate fields
- Select 'Add User'
The user will receive an email asking them to create a passphrase for My1Login.
Bulk Adding Non-AD Users
External users that are not listed in the Active Directory can be bulk imported to the system.
- On the My1Login Admin page navigate to Users | Manage users
- Select 'Bulk Add Users'
- Copy and paste user information from an excel spreadsheet in the following format:
- Email, First Name (optional), Last Name (optional), Title (optional)
- Select 'Add Users'
The users will receive an email asking them to create a passphrase for My1Login.
