ADC Management

Starting/Stopping the ADC Service

  1. Navigate to the server where the ADC is hosted.
  2. Search for "ADC" and open the ADC UI. 
  3. Check the status of the ADC - Running or Stopped - you can see this on the ADC service Control Tab
  4. Stop/Start service

Performing an ADC Sync

In scenarios where there has been a change to the target OU, a user has been added, or users are unexpectedly not showing, you may wish to perform a manual ADC sync.
  1. Navigate to the server where the ADC is hosted.
  2. Search for "ADC" and open the ADC UI. 
  3. Go to Domain Filtering tab.
  4. Synchronise All AD Objects Now

Viewing the ADC Logs

The ADC logs will show the activity of the ADC. You can see users that have been synced or deleted, time of syncs, if there have been any errors seen. 

ADC Logs via ADC UI

  1. Navigate to the server where the ADC is hosted.
  2. Search for "ADC" and open the ADC UI. 
  3. Go to the Logging menu (pictured)
  4. Open Log Folder.


You will see ADC logs from the last 5 days. If you are investigating and would like to save any log files for later, save a copy to another location.

Logging in Real Time

  1. Navigate to the server where the ADC is hosted.
  2. Search for "ADC" and open the ADC UI. 
  3. Go to the Tail Log tab
  4.  Enable real time update. (pictured)

Checking the SSL Certificate

  1. Navigate to the server where the ADC is hosted.
  2. Search for "ADC" and open the ADC UI. 
  3. Go to the Certificate Binding tab. 
If you need to update your certificate, you will need to stop the service, bind the new certificate, and start the service again. My1Login Support can help you with this.
