Incorrect Passphrase

If you are logging into your My1Login account and receive an 'Incorrect Passphrase' error message, please double check that you have typed the correct Passphrase. The Passphrase is case sensitive and may contain numbers, symbols and spaces. 

If the Passphrase is correct but the error message remains, please also check that the email address you have entered is correct.
